The new design of the reliable Werth ScopeCheck® CMM increases the standard of performance for shop floor measurement. The solid design of the column-type machine on a granite base provides the lowest measuring uncertainties and highest dynamics in CNC mode.

Werth ScopeCheck® 400x200x200 3D-CNC

Covered guideways and scales allow for use under rough manufacturing conditions as well. The measuring capacity of this economical range of products extends up to 400 mm in X axis and 200mm in Y axis. A central feature basic to all Werth ScopeCheck® coordinate measuring machines is an image-processing sensor with customized image processing software designed specifically for dimensional metrology for the transmitted and incident light measurement. The range of applications can be expanded by the integration of additional sensors. Touch trigger probes, motorized probe heads, and stylus changing options increase the level of flexibility and ensure configurations specific to the applications.

The new WinWerth® 7.31 measurement software, with its ergonomic design, permits efficient and simple operation of the machines allowing them to be used even by untrained operators.
