Maximum hose stability and easy cleaning

March 2014

The Liquidline from Eisele was developed especially for use in cooling circuits. In addition to brass and aluminium versions, the threaded connections of the 2500 series are now also available in stainless steel. They can be cleaned from outside with aggressive cleaning substances.

The 2500 series of the Liquidline was now supplemented by push-in fittings made of stainless steel 1.4404.

With the Liquidline, Eisele delivers the most comprehensive line of components for closed coolant applications on the market. The threaded fittings of the Liquidline 2500 series are used for installations in harsh environments. They fulfil special requirements for stability. Thanks to the patented connection technology with a seal made of FPM (Viton) and an inner collet that holds the hose without damaging it, the hoses are held securely and leak-free in the connections even in the event of frequent vibrations or movements of the hose.

Long-term protection against corrosion The material 1.4404 offers very good resistance to corrosion as well as high resistance to chemicals. The threaded connections are equipped with high-quality FPM seals as standard equipment. One is designed as an enclosed O-ring on the cylindrical threads of the threaded element, and the other is between the banjo fitting and the inner collet of the threaded connection. On request, the 2500 series can also be equipped with FDA-compliant seals for special hygiene requirements. The distinct mechanical stop during insertion of the hose and the outwardly visible closed position make the connections intuitive to use.

Designed to withstand all conditions All Liquidline connections are resistant to high temperatures, aqueous media and many other substances. They are optimised for dissipating heat from applications such as welding processes or power electronics installations. This requires high flow rates in a compact space. For applications in which brass is not sufficient due to extreme pH values, for example in the food industry with frequent cleaning using aggressive substances, the stainless steel version is now available.
