Doubled range of tools available immediately

On the occasion of the release of its new catalogue, Conceptools SA presents a widely expanded range and opens its catalogue to turning and high precision turning cutting diamond tools. Other novelty, diamond tools have been standardised. Meeting with Mr. Millet, the Director of this innovative SME.

The order of special tools is quite simple, just documenting the dimensions and send the document to Conceptools, for example here for a ball end mill in natural diamond (MCD) for molding.

Conceptools has always offered cutting tools in natural diamond, PCD milling tools, micro-milling cutters in carbide, centering and drills in carbide as well as circular cutters. On the occasion of the release of its new catalogue, all these categories have been largely completed and, as always with Conceptools, the tools are available from stock and customers have the possibility to order special tools on demand.

Company’s specialty? To solve urgent matters If all standard tools available from stock are obtainable immediately (and the range has been widely expanded), Conceptools is also distinguished by the reactivity with respect to special tools. With a small flexible structure using the most modern designing tools and relying on high-end production means, the company can offer very short delivery times on the market (typically 1 week!).

Diamond tools standardised "We are the only company to have standardised diamond tools” says Mr. Millet. And if this decision seems initially strange since in this area the standard dimensions "do not exist", Conceptools has already won its bet. The Director continues: “It is also a matter of responsiveness. We have a large stock of diamond tools to deal with all the requests and very often our customers prefer to choose a standardised tool from stock, delivered within 24 hours, and adapt their machining processes, rather than wait for the completion of special tools". If needed the company offers indeed this service also for diamond special tools with quite short deliveries.
