LPKF Leads with Innovation at electronica 2024
LPKF Laser & Electronics will be showcasing its innovations at electronica, the world’s leading trade fair for the electronics industry, from November 12-15, 2024.

Visitors will experience cutting-edge technology firsthand across six different stations. From PCB prototyping, laser depaneling, and laser plastic welding to microstructuring glass sub- strates, LPKF will present its comprehensive portfolio of industry solutions this year. The focus at the expert’s booth will be on innovations for tomorrow’s technologies, “Made in Germany,” as well as solutions to today’s challenges.

Wide range of brands and technologies
In times of uncertain supply chains, in-house rapid PCB prototyping systems provide an oppor- tunity to quickly adapt to limitations. Whether for classic PCB applications or multilayers, and even for processing advanced RF materials, LPKF offers developers solutions to almost any chal- lenge in every sector of electronics.

Fast, precise, and absolutely clean – the demands on laser depaneling are constantly increasing, with more complex material structures and growing sustainability expectations. LPKF’s Cutting- Master systems offer the perfect response to these demands.

Few materials in the electronics industry hold as much promise as glass. The key factor here is precise and reliable thin glass processing. With LPKF’s proprietary LIDE technology (Laser In- duced Deep Etching), the industry has a market-proven solution with versatile applications, from glass MEMS to advanced packaging.

Whether in medical technology or automotive, laser plastic welding is essential for many cost- efficient and sustainable innovations. With our latest systems, even easy reuse is possible thanks to cutting-edge debonding technology. This opens up new application possibilities and enhances both production efficiency and sustainability. Additionally, LPKF systems are designed with a strong focus on workplace safety and security.

From prototyping to series production, LPKF bundles extensive laser micromachining services under the LaserMicronics brand. These services can be flexibly integrated into in-house produc- tion and tailored to specific needs. Customers benefit from LPKF’s renowned quality, even with- out in-house capacities, along with a secure supply chain and fast time-to-market processes.

New booth concept: transparency and interaction
With a new booth concept, visitors can look forward to a transformed experience. The design features transparent elements, bright colors, and interactive stations that present solutions, technologies, and information in engaging ways.

“At electronica, the future of the entire electronics industry is showcased, providing a platform to discuss the current challenges of the sector,” says Dr. Isabell Goldberg, Head of Corporate Marketing and Sales Excellence. “This uniquely environment is the perfect platform for us to showcase our innovative solutions to a broad professional audience while also strengthening our network over the four-day event.”
