Dieterle produces very sophisticated tools and can rely on approx. 55 highly qualified employees to work with steel and carbide for internal and external machining of tools for the entire microtechnology, including medical and dental technologies.
Tools are produced for instance to machine bone screws of all sizes, as well as dental implants using internal thread whirling tools of the smallest sizes. The company offers tools able to machine materials very difficult to machine such as titanium for instance. In this production area, highly accurate and sharp cutting tools are needed.
To face any challenge In addition to the existing standard rotating tools, Dieterle offers a special program, newly developed, for machining of plastics such as plastomers, thermosets, and also carbon-fiber-reinforced materials, etc..
