Newemag has moved into its new headquarters in Eschenbach. The new exhibition hall is open and has already been presented to several interested customers. To complete its product range, the company now offers a new complete range of machining centers.
"Our absolute priority was that our customers do not realize that we moved. We wanted them to continue to be delivered at the same speed and in the same quality as usual’, explains Pirmin Zehnder, CEO. In all areas of the company, this motto was mandatory. The store of spare parts with its approximately 50,000 items also followed it. “Articles which were in transit were identified as such in the system. In addition, during the weeks of moving, the employees of the store were divided between Rotkreuz and Eschenbach. This way, we were able to deliver our customers normally", explains Reto Hirsiger, responsible for spare parts. Completed products portfolio Newemag takes over the exclusive representation for Switzerland and Liechtenstein for Hedelius, a German manufacturer of 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC vertical machining centres. Hedelius allows Newemag to adapt to the changing conditions of the market and to complement its product portfolio.
3, 4 and 5-axis machining centers The factory located in Meppen in Lower Saxony, develops and manufactures high-performance CNC vertical machining centers since 1967. The product range includes three, four and five-axis models with various kinematics and is sold across Europe. Its clients include machinery manufacturers and their suppliers active in the sectors of agricultural machinery, aerospace, automotive, packaging and many others.
