R. Frein CNC service just certified

It is quite rare in the area of service for a small company to be ISO 9001:2008 certified. A SME located in Glovelier (Switzerland) and active throughout Europe in the field of spare parts and services mainly for ENC and Deco machines from Tornos just achieved it. Meeting with M. Frein, Managing director of the company.

During a brief ceremony in the presence of the employees of the company, the press, representatives of the external company that coached R. Frein CNC Service SARL during the process and a financial partner, Raphaël Frein (left) received the precious certificate from M. Claude Otz Lead auditor from SQS.

Founded in 2006, the Glovelier-based company operates primarily in Switzerland, Italy, France, Germany and in some parts of northern and eastern Europe. This small and reactive organisation differentiates itself with big services. "The certificate is one more asset we offer to our customers" say M. Frein. This can be explained because the certification was done with the aim to shorten and simplify all the process to always guarantee the best possible service to customers. And it works.

ENC, Deco and more… The company was founded on the basis of a very simple realisation: several hundred ENC machines are in use in Europe, the users of which simply no longer have access to services as those provided for more recent machines. In the face of this situation, the company was created to provide support for the two ENC and DECO series (often used together by customers). The growth of the company is the best proof the concept was the right one.

And there is or to come The company now plans its next steps:

Set up of a calibration laboratory for control devices with ISO 17025 accreditation
Carry on the growth in northern and eastern Europe

Expansion of the Humard Group: new building for Seuret SA
