In less than 10 years, DT technologies has grown from a start-up company to an international group owning units of production in Switzerland, France and Czech Republic as well as shops in France and Germany. The company presents an impressive production facility in which the oldest machine is slightly more older than two years. DT technologies also surprises by its amazing high level of inventory of raw materials, rough parts and chucks. If nowadays R&D capacities to develop customized solutions for customers is one of the reasons for the success of the company, its reactivity and flexibility are two others. Mr. Traudich says: "The fact we are manufacturer and master the entire process, from design to final inspection is clearly an asset on which our customers rely".

Segmented clamping heads For the user, this kind of clamping system is the guarantee of a more powerful clamping (since clamping uses the whole length) and of set-up and dismounting easiness. In addition, lifetime is increased and the risk of jam reduced. "This is the clamping system of the future, we have invested approximately 1 million Euros in our vulcanizing workshop" says Mr. Traudich.
