Mikron Machining and DKSH join forces in Japan

Mikron Machining and DKSH Japan K.K. have decided to join forces in Japan. The two companies will thereby achieve synergies in the market and strengthen their footprint in Japan.

The large number of stations of the Multistar CX-24 combines flexibility and productivity with a very high quality output (see below).

With the clear aim of accelerated sales growth in Japan, Mikron Machining’s experienced team and current business operations, sales, and services activities in Japan will be integrated into DKSH Japan as of January 1, 2011. Both partners are convinced that the business agreement represents an important milestone, which will further strengthen Mikron Machining’s and DKSH’s position in Japan.

For the past 30 years, Mikron Machining’s transfer machine systems have been well established and widely installed in Japan’s automotive, medical, electronic, and writing instrument industries. Mikron Machining systems deliver first-class production solutions for specific highprecision, large-volume applications and meet the high expectations of Japan’s extremely quality-conscious market. DKSH, the leading provider of Market Expansion Services, will provide sales, marketing, project management, and after-sales services for Mikron Machining.

(until March 31, 2009 known as Nihon SiberHegner K.K) was established as Siber & Brennwald in Yokohama in 1865.
