Although in May 2020 participants and organizers agreed it would seem wise to postpone the September 2020 Micronora trade fair by one year, the economic conditions and the global health situation remain worrying and uncertain over 2021.
The organizers carried out a survey in January 2021 to get exhibitors’ opinions on the current situation and their expectations for Micronora. More than half of them replied and the team thank them very much.
After analyzing the answers, the board officers of Micronora and the team have made the decision to cancel the 2021 show. The organizers are now focusing on the next Micronora trade fair that will be held from 27 to 30 September 2022.

“We are disappointed not to be able to hold a trade fair in 2021. We were eagerly awaiting this resumption but the current conditions do not allow to organize such an international event with the guarantee of quality that we all expect. We believe this early announcement will avoid any unnecessary expenses for exhibitors and Micronora. The team is already mobilized to make Micronora 2022, a trade fair of renewal!”
Sandra Liardon, Manager:
“We are sure that face-to-face meetings, networking and live experiments remain essentials, especially when it comes to industrial technologies and innovations. However, this health crisis has accelerated our digital transformation, enabling us to expand the Micronora community worldwide. Our team is actively working on the 2022 show to offer adapted solutions and a new approach to trade fair media.”
