Thanks to its core competencies in plastics technology, laser technology, optics, digitalization and mechanical engineering, Evosys has firmly established itself as an innovation leader in the field of laser plastic welding. One example of this is the Next-Generation Optics technology and the patented Advanced Quasi-Simultaneous Welding (AQW) process, which enable productivity increases of up to 50%. These technologies have made Evosys a strong partner in industrial manufacturing.
Through targeted cooperation with regional technical universities, research institutes and strategic partners such as DCT Co. Ltd. in China and Intego GmbH, numerous technological advances have been achieved. In the last five years, turnover and the number of employees have doubled and more than 100 future-proof jobs have been created.
In addition to the technical modernization, the IT infrastructure was also converted to energy-saving technology. Furthermore, investments are being made in a modern ERP system and plans for a CRM system to optimize sales and the introduction of a cloud system for design are already underway.
