In 1960, Rolf Hasenclever submitted a patent to facilitate the production of injection molding tools by using standardized elements. This meant considerably faster manufacture times of injection-mold tools, as well as being more economical and reliable in service. Mold construction The proven pre-hardened, high-quality steel Toolox33 is now additionally available as an undrilled P-plate, as a finished cavity plate in K20 quality or as K252 with finish machining allowances in the system drillings. Temperature control A wide range of cooling elements dissipates the heat from the cavity at every desired position and thus ensures optimum cycle times. The product line starts with the entire range of hoses and connections, through spiral cores and diverting elements.
Hot runner technology In the hot runner segment, Hasco will highlight various new needle valve solutions as well as innovative solutions for difficult gating positions in manifold tools. The new Multi Shot Z10440/... has been specially designed for direct side gating and is ideally suitable for articles like sleeves and cannulas. Direct side gating during production of a pump head for a dispenser will be presented live at the Hasco Stand, Hall 8/F27.
