Already acclaimed for its compactness, precision, and environmentally responsible design, it now becomes the first Swiss micro-machine developed from HE-ARC technology to be serially industrialized with an integrated FANUC CNC control.
A technological breakthrough born from Swiss innovation
SILEX is not just another new machine — it marks a disruptive shift in the industrialization of high- precision micro-manufacturing. Developed from a technology created at the Swiss engineering school HE-ARC, this 4/5-axis CNC micro-machine represents a paradigm shift in ultra-precision machining. It directly addresses today’s industrial challenges: component miniaturization, cost pressures, increasing quality demands, and the transition toward more compact, energy-efficient, and flexible workshops.
With a footprint of only 0.56 m², weighing less than 500 kg, offering precision up to ±1 µm, and spindle speeds up to 60,000 rpm, SILEX now features the globally recognized industrial CNC standard: FANUC 31i-B5 Plus.
«This advancement is a first of its kind — combining Swiss high-precision engineering with universal compatibility, in a configuration designed for large-scale industrialization,» Martin Boeni, Founder Enoveas, CEO B-Next Group.
A concrete response to industry needs
This new version of SILEX was developed as a direct response to feedback from clients and industrial partners. The micro-machine retains its compact size and precision, while now integrating a globally recognized CNC control system, delivering:
- Immediate operator familiarity and ease of use,
- Seamless compatibility with existing CNC programs,
- Exceptional reliability (Mean Time Between Failure – MTBF > 30 years), Guaranteed international support for 25 years.
Designed with industrial, environmental, and human impact in mind
- Sustainability: Energy consumption below 500 W; carbon footprint reduced by up to 95%.
- Inclusion: Easy access for persons with reduced mobility (PRM); height-adjustable control panel; optimized ergonomics.
- Autonomy & Automation: Tool magazine for up to 60 tools; reduced maintenance needs.
- Mobility & Modularity: No requirement for heavy infrastructure — fast and easy installation.
The ENOVEAS SILEX embodies a more human-scale industrial vision — sustainable, precise, and agile.
