New, compact-sized Vacuum & Pressure Casting Machine for top-quality presented by Schultheiss GmbH for low-batch jewellery production.
Schultheiss GmbH as one of the world’s leading manufacturers of jewellery casting machines will launch a professional manufacturing machine for small jewellery studios and manufacturers for the first time. The select introduction of this compact-sized innovation will be effected on the Baselworld 2010 fair. The Vacuum & Pressure Casting Machine VPC 040 is specially designed for the production of small batches without forcing the user scale down on quality or equipment features. Gold, silver, palladium-alloys and platinum can be processed in outstanding quality with this table-top casting machine. Its ideal field of application will be a number of 2 to 50 casts per week.
„We developed this machine on the basis of a precise demand of the target group” explains Andreas Schultheiss who assumed responsibility for technology and development in the management of the company since January. In the forefront, goldsmiths and studio owners have been interviewed which technology they use to manufacture small batches, where problems occur most frequently and how an ideal production machine for small manufacturers should be designed. Schultheiss GmbH developed a system redefining the benchmarks for realizing individual jewellery creations. Despite its small dimensions, the machine offers all advantages which users of larger Schultheiss machines benefit from: easy operation, automatic casting processes and superior quality of results.
