With the workshop ‚Formula Student’, December 5, 2009, EuroMold proves proximity to state-of-the-art techniques and innovations. Besides the design workshop which will be held for the second time EuroMold has also for many years already sponsored the Formula Student Competition.

Added value for everyone This year’s Formula Student Workshop at EuroMold under the motto “Suspension Design & Set Up” will focus on the subject of chassis. The lectures will inform about tires and kinematics, damper construction, as well as vehicle tuning, all subjects of most importance for the construction of chassis. The workshop will take place on Saturday, December 5, 2009, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm in the room Symmetrie 2 in hall 8.1. For the first time ever not only participants of Formula Student can register for the workshop, but also EuroMold trade visitors (see our website www.euromold.com) Come and see dream cars At the international Design Competition of Formula Student teams from several universities and high schools worldwide will construct racing cars. One of their big meetings takes place annually at the Hockenheimring. Some of these racing cars accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in less than 3 seconds. However, not only power and acceleration will be evaluated but also design, reliability and business plans. Some of the racing cars which were presented in August at the Hockenheimring will also be shown at EuroMold.
